Wood & Cedar Fencing

The classic Oklahoma fence — warm, private, and strong — built by Omni with post depths, framing, and fasteners chosen for Oklahoma wind, not for the lowest bid.

Styles We Build

Every style below is shown on a real Omni installation. Heights typically run 4' to 8'; gates, arches, lattice tops, and custom caps available on all styles.

Solid cedar privacy fence

Solid Privacy

Side-by-side pickets for complete privacy. The most popular fence in Oklahoma — and the one most often built cheap by others. We don't.

Shadowbox fence with lattice accents, stained

Shadowbox (Good Neighbor)

Alternating pickets on both sides of the rails — attractive from both yards, with airflow that reduces wind load.

Board and batten fence with cap rail

Board & Batten

Overlapping boards seal every gap for total privacy and a substantial, estate-quality look.

Cedar privacy fence with cap and trim

Cap & Trim

A finished top cap and trim board dress the fence line, shed water off end grain, and extend picket life.

Horizontal wood fence with custom gate

Horizontal / Modern

Clean horizontal lines for contemporary homes, with custom gates and window accents available.

Spaced picket cedar fence along a walkway

Spaced Picket

Classic open picket for front yards, gardens, and pool surrounds — charm with a property line.

Scalloped-top wood privacy fence

Scalloped & Arched Tops

Concave scallops or convex arches between posts add motion and character to a privacy line.

Cedar fence built on galvanized steel posts

Cedar on Steel Posts

Our wind-country upgrade: cedar pickets on galvanized steel posts that will never rot, warp, or snap at the ground line.

Arched cedar gate with decorative hinges

Custom Gates

Arched, pergola-top, and double-drive gates, framed square with adjustable hardware so they swing true for years.

How Omni Builds a Wood Fence

Two wood fences can look identical the day they're built and be worlds apart five years later. The difference is buried in the ground and hidden in the framing. Our standard construction:

  • Posts set in concrete to proper depth for height and soil — never dry-packed dirt.
  • Galvanized steel post option for maximum life in wind country.
  • Treated rails and a treated bottom rot board to keep pickets out of ground contact.
  • Ring-shank or coated fasteners that grip through wet/dry cycles without backing out.
  • Gates framed and cross-braced, hung on adjustable heavy-duty hinges.
  • String-line straight runs, stepped or racked cleanly on slopes — see our slope work in the gallery.
